Mission Statement: To provide students of color and non- representative communities with an opportunity to receive support from upperclassmen who are also students of color and non-representative communities. Many students may not feel that they are represented, and by providing them with an opportunity to feel heard and seen, we hope to change this. Through one-on-one mentorships, students can see themselves better represented and find communities they might have had a more difficult time accessing otherwise.
