Don't miss out!
Our early bird special price for yearbooks is $55 through January 6th; after that, books will be full price at $65. Buy online with a small fee through the district payment portal or in-person without a fee at the bookkeeper's office.

Senior Photos
Senior Portraits
SENIOR PORTRAITS - Due Nov. 30
Senior portraits should be submitted to https://www.hjeshare.com/eShare/home?code=7744 . Submitting a senior portrait is free to all seniors.
Seniors and families will have the opportunity to preview their portrait in January prior to printing.
Portrait requirements:
- Head and shoulders view
- Indoor or outdoor background is okay
- About 2.5 x 3.5 size, full color
- Jpg or png format and high resolution (3000 dpi or 1.5-3 megapixels)
- NO screenshots
- NO props (animals, sports equipment, instruments, hats, sunglasses, masks, etc.)
Baby Ads
2024-25 BABY ADS DUE DATE
Due Tuesday, October 31st.
Bady Ads
Send your graduate off with a loving message and a baby photo! Families have the option to honor their seniors and support the yearbook program by purchasing a baby ad in the book. Go to https://prod.yboc.varsity.com/jobSearch/displayHome , use the code 7744 and scroll down to "Start Your Ad." We appreciate your kind donation, and your senior will appreciate a special tribute from their loved ones.
Yearbook Name Changes
YEARBOOK NAME CHANGES - Due Oct. 2
If the name you use is significantly different from your name in Synergy, you have the option to request a name change in the yearbook.
- Email yearbook@southsaxons.com with the following information:

- Your preferred name

- A trusted staff member who can verify your name preference
- Reply to our follow-up email confirming that you understand the following:

- Name change can be seen by anyone who looks at the yearbook

- Name change is permanent in the yearbook
Students who do not complete both steps by this date will have their Synergy name in the yearbook.
If your name was changed in synergy recently, Contact Mrs. Holt to confirm the change will appear in the book.
Sharing Photos
