Prom

Prom is almost here! Prom will be held Saturday, April 11th at the Willamette Heritage Center, from 8:00pm - 10:30pm. Come Celebrate a night in New York! 

Tickets go on sale Monday, March 30th - April 10th before school, during lunch and after school until 4pm. Tickets are $20 with ASB and $25 without. All guests are $25. Please note that students cannot attend Prom if they do not have a dance agreement on file.

New dance agreement procedure

This year we are piloting digital dance agreements. Many families have already completed and have on file the dance agreement. Students who do not have a dance agreement on file should have received an email the first week of February reminding them they will need an agreement if they plan to attend prom. Paper copies of the dance agreement are available at the bookkeeper's window. The agreement will need to be signed and returned prior to buying a Prom ticket.  

Prom Guest Information

Students who would like to bring a guest to Prom must complete a guest form. Please note that all guests must currently be enrolled in high school.

Guest forms will be available for pickup in the Student Center from March 30 through April 8. Once picked up, the form must be completed by the guest’s school and emailed or faxed back to South.

Important: Guest forms must be fully completed and approved before a guest ticket can be purchased. No guest forms will be accepted after April 8.
