Senior Events and Important Dates 2024-25

March 31 -April 18: Prom tickets on sale through the bookkeeper. 

April 1:  Spring Senior Class Assembly in the Rose during advisory (9:49am - 10:42am)– cap, gowns, and announcements will be distributed.

April 9: Senior Parent meeting in the N. Library 7:00pm

April 11: Graduation Sign up starts at 12:00pm The link will be sent to your SK email & at southsaxons.com

April 19: Prom at Willamette Heritage Center, Mission Mill 8:00pm – 10:30pm. You must bring ID to dance.

April 21: Academic Honors & NHS Induction Ceremony in the Rose 7:00pm

April 21: Deadline to submit graduation speech and Senior Awards

May 1: LAST DAY TO ORDER CAP AND GOWN. See Mr. Howard with questions.

May 13: Senior Banquet at Willamette Heritage Center Spinning Room. 7:00pm– 9:00pm. Seniors Only – no parents. Must purchase ticket in advance.

May 23: Girls Powderpuff & Boys Volleyball

May 29 & & 30: Senior Finals

June 2: Seniors Last Day

June 3: Senior Honors Ceremony in the Rose at 7:00pm

June 4: Parade of Honors at feeder elementary schools at various times

June 5: Mandatory graduation rehearsal 8:00am and 10:30am Bennett Field, Caldarazzo Stadium, SSHS

June 6: Graduation: 3:30pm and 7:00pm Bennett Field, Caldarazzo Stadium, SSHS

June 6: Graduation Party (planned by parents/guardians)

Class of 2025 Senior Grad Party 

Seniors! Get ready to spend an unforgettable night celebrating with all of your friends! The Saxon Grad Party will be held on Friday, June 6th from 10:00pm - 2:30am at the Salem Tennis and Swim Club. This is a parent sponsored event. 

Tickets: $20 before June 6th or $25 at the door.

Please complete this form and submit by May 13. This information is used for the Senior Honors Ceremony and the printed Graduation Program. Students can still submit the form AFTER May 13 to attend the Senior Decision Day Celebration!

If you receive any awards or scholarships after May 13, please resubmit this form. The information may not be included in Senior Honors Ceremony but may be included in the printed Graduation Program. Due to space limitations, not all information entered on this survey will be included in the program.
