Mission Statement: To provide students of color and non- representative communities with an opportunity to receive support from upperclassmen who are also students of color and non-representative communities. Many students may not feel that they are represented, and by providing them with an opportunity to feel heard and seen, we hope to change this. Through one-on-one mentorships, students can see themselves better represented and find communities they might have had a more difficult time accessing otherwise. This will allow for more role model figures for students of color and non-representative communities, as often students of color and non-representative communities do not have mentors that look like them. In addition, through one-on-one mentorships, better support and advocacy for younger students can be given, helping them follow and pursue their goals with the support of another.

The purpose of this club will be to provide students with the knowledge and even possibly opportunities to officiate youth and high school sports. Special attention will be given to rules knowledge to promote confidence. Video examples of the rules and mechanics will be utilized to help students see exactly how to connect the rules to the games being worked. The goal of this club is to provide training and opportunity to students who wish to participate in sports and make money while doing it. Sports offered will be: Football, Baseball, Basketball, Softball, Soccer, Volleyball and Wrestling *Training will be provided to all, however, I am not able to guarantee games since I am not specifically assigning any myself.
