South Salem's Sports Medicine program has recently become involved with the HOSA Club “Health Occupations Students of America”. The mission of HOSA is to empower its members "to become leaders in the global health community through education, collaboration, and experience.

South Salem has a well-developed computer science program that focuses on learning the basics of computer programming. While taking these classes you will gain helpful skills and resources such as understand computer language, how to program a computer, create and maintain a website, manipulate computer controls and build robots.
